That's rare indeed. Haven't seen it.
Considering Errol would be dead shortly after this was taken, he's not looking particularly ill.

The reporter's name is John Arnett.
Here's a link to a 2007 article about Mr. Arnett; there's a different photo of him with Flynn at the Vancouver airport:
cache.zoominfo.com…
Whew! Quite the link.
The photo above (reproduced in Backstage Vancouver) is available from the Vancouver Public Library:
www3.vpl.vancouver.bc.ca/dbtw-wpd/exec/dbtwpub.dll?AC=GET_RECORD&XC=/dbtw-wpd/exec/dbtwpub.dll&BU=http%3A%2F%2Fwww3.vpl.vancouver.bc.ca%2Fspe%2Fhistphotos%2F&TN=PHOTOS&SN=AUTO1134&SE=1421&RN=0&MR=5&TR=2000&TX=1000&ES=0&CS=0&XP=&RF=briefweb&EF=&DF=Full+Photo&RL=0&EL=0&DL=0&NP=2&ID=&MF=&MQ=&TI=0&DT=&ST=0&IR=11813&NR=0&NB=0&SV=0&BG=&FG=&QS=&OEX=ISO-8859-1&OEH=ISO-8859-1…
That one's even worse! If it doesn't work, go to the Vancouver Public Library website and search the Historical Photo collection.
(Backstage Vancouver also includes a 1978 photo of Ginger Rogers, taken by me. I asked her if she'd met Errol Flynn but she said she'd only met him casually, at parties.)
Cheers, Fellow Flynn Fans!
