Oh for sure! Ha-ha-ha!
This painting was done with sweat on my brows, I am exhausted! Wuff!
We could sell it to get capital for our project. Do you think it would go for a million or two at Sotheby or Chritsie's?
You are wonderful,
Tina
Hi Robert;
This coming from you means a great deal to me. I thought you will shoot me to pieces as I was thinking of you when I posted it. It is so wonderful for people like me who at max can draw only a stick man to have computers.
Thanks and have a great day,
Tina
Hi Rick;
I found your name!
Thank you so much, very much appreciated!
Wow – beside Decker's painting that is quite something.
Although, some experts say that the picture is not very good, but Errol liked Decker so be it.
You see my skill is all in the stroke or in the wrist I apply to such works of art – ha-ha-ha! I stroke the computer every day and tell him how grateful I am for his skills he is teaching me!
Great to hear from you!
Tina
Since I was the one who made the comparison to Decker, I presume you meant me. If so (and if I am not mistaken), my name is not Rick! That is to say ILIKEFLYNN”s name is not Rick! When I become an author, I will sign my name. For now while I am still a newbie, I'll just let the post stand for itself!
Hi ILIKEFLYNN;
I thought I read in a post somewhere that your name is Rick, I am very sorry about that. Maybe it was one of the other authors with a FLYNN related nickname. I will try to track it.
I hope you become an author as all this interaction here on the blog is very interesting and fun too, but the main factor is that we all have a common interest, our admiration of Errol Flynn!
Hi Rachel;
Thank you very much, very kind of you to say so. I like the picture too – it came out quite well. I do a lot of different retouching things with Errol's pictures.
You see, I have this new computer – the newest iMac – a Christmas gift from my daughter and may I tell you that thing performs wonders. Never had a Mac before and I must say, I love it.
In regards to Errol being Antisemitic is the biggest hogwash that ever was said about him by anybody. Total stupidity!
Take care,
Tina
Thanks, Tina, for reaffirming that Errol was *not* Anti-Semitic…it's good to hear it.
I have a Mac laptop and yeah, Macs are great! I love mine too. :-)
Hi Rachel;
You can rest assured Errol never was a Nazi, Bisexual or Antisemitic!
All this stems only and solely from Charles Higham and David Bret (you are familiar with these two) and from nobody but nobody else! Who in their right mind would believe what these two “tabloid writers” have to say? Only someone who is extremely uninformed about everything would believe every trash they are reading!
There is no proof – not a shred, not an ounce, not an inkling, not even in the slightest way and there never was and there never will be.
I don't know if you or anybody else knows that David Bret has prepared for a long time a book on Elisabeth Taylor which is going to be published now due to her passing. Now he has the platform to publish what ever he wants. Once you are dead you have no rights anymore and you can be slandered from here to kingdom come. It is very sad but the law is as such and that what happened to Errol! They or anybody can say what ever they feel like it and nobody can do anything about it, because the law supports “Trash!”
Take care and have a great day, weeks and years and never believe everything you hear!
Tina
Hi Inga;
Wow – this is wonderful how on earth did you do this? You must tell me all about that!
Boy, we are going to be so rich we even might find a way to wake up Errol and we could start William Tell all over again. I keep telling you we need this “Time Machine!” I thought you spoke to NASA? Are they ready with our order?
Joke aside – your picture is very, very nice!
If you did this from a picture like I did I somehow don't think I have ever seen it. I should look as I have hundreds of pictures.
My dear genius I think you are just getting up and I am just going to bed, so have a great day,
Tina
Tina, I did this just like you, only that I chose a different effect from the effect palette called “Engraving”. I can send you the picture via e-mail, I think it's not so well-known, but the original does not look as good as the engraving.
As for NASA, I'm still waiting for their reply. I offered to co-operate, but they did not seem very interested in it…
Hi Inga;
I have to ask my daughter about the engraving process – very interesting application. I had no time to look for the picture but I will.
Hm – NASA is not cooperating – shacks – how are we going to get to Errol as it got to be him who has to complete his movie?!?
Have a great day,
Tina

Nicely done! I bet you, if Errol were alive, he would place your work next to Decker's portrait or maybe even replace it, hmm!?

Sure it would sell for that much, Tina. Let's add my engraving and we're rich and have enough money for our project.

My project was not exactly about completing the movie, Tina… lol, but a great idea anyway.
