While researching Errol in Cuba, I found this article with a short mention of Flynn further down. Could anybody help me and clear up the mystery if Errol and Beverly stayed in the Hotel Nacional or Commodore or both? Thank you!

He stayed at the Nacional in Havana in November of '58, at the Gran Hotel in Camagüey in December of that year, and at the Casa Grande in Santiago and the Havana Hilton in January of '59. He was back in Havana in May of that year, but no hotel info as of yet.

Last year I bought a letter written by Errol addressed to his lawyer, Jud Gollenbock, dated April 5, 1959. It is written on hotel Comodoro stationary. It refers to the burning of his house on his Port Antonio farm.

This is most interesting – your purchase of Errol’s letter to his lawyer, Jud Gollenbock of April 5, 1959.
Does it give any detail as to when the fire actually was and maybe the value of it or any other vital statistics of interest?
Sorry to ask – just very curious.
Love to hear from you – Tina
