Thank you, Mary Ann for posting this! “The Perfect Specimen” is one of my favorite Flynn movies, yet I have only seen it once as part of a celebration of Warner Bros. Studios back in the 1980s. Does any one know if it still remains unavailable?–A. R.

This is my favorite of Errol’s comedies that he did. I also have the radio program that he did, too with Joan Blondell.
As far as I know the film is still unavailable to get.

Hi everyone, there is a great website that has just listed The Perfect Specimen on dvd,at a very good price too.It is a Public Domain Release & comes with no artwork or anything like that, but I have bought In The Wake Of The Bounty from here & the quality etc was fantastic for such an old movie,I just ordered The Perfect Specimen from them. :)

Inga, when you edit your comment you can use the img button to insert the address of the image – and leave a description (optional). Otherwise, there is an insert image link next to the comment window and you paste in the image address there. Works now!

You need to make sure that the image in hosted somewhere before you add images to your comment. Maybe you didn’t have all of the image address included, or too much! :)
