Yes, isn’t that terrific, Tina. Wonderful concept & editing. Though I don’t know exactly how I’d feel if Gentleman Flynn didn’t win! …

Hi Heinz;
What a great video about Jim Corbett and now seeing it I now know where this unusual picture I have of Errol belongs to. Although never used in the picture it must have been a thought of Warners to display Errol in this costume.

Hi Heinz;
What a great video about Jim Corbett and now seeing it I now know where this unusual picture I have of Errol belongs to. Although this costume was never used in the movie it must have been a thought of Warners to display Errol in this get up. I am glad they did not.
In the video Jim Corbett is practically dresses just like Errol in this picture.

A very interesting tit pit about Errol versus Clark!

That’s awesome, Tina. Thanks.
Speaking of “Clark”, there was the other “Clark”, Superman George Reeves who was also in GWTW. Many believe Mob-connected MGM mogul Eddie Mannix (noted on your link) – or his notorious wife Toni Lanier Mannix – had Reeves killed, for dumping Toni.
Toni the Terror almost certainly would have relentlessly stalked Errol, and with those “world’s greatest” legs of hers, may well have caught her prey. Maybe it’s a good thing Errol didn’t get involved with Eddie Mannix on this film. Was Robin Hood stronger than Superman? … Besides all that, Eddie Mannix & Clark Gable were SUPER close.
