Yes David! When I was young to say “In Like Flynn” meant to be in with the in crowd. The sexual innuendo was not really taken until I found out much later in life’s journey.
In with wardrobe and all the coolness of Flynn!
Glad he was born and he left parts of himself behind!

Yes, Happy Birthday to “Our Man, Flynn!!’
The TCM cable channel, here in the USA, is offering their own commemoration of Flynn’s films, by airing four of his finest “pirate” films.. Still the premiere buccaneer of all time!–A. R.

Ahhh..my driving to work music! Thank you David. As I search around youtube for music (usually just as a title comes to me ) I am struck by the beauty of these pieces and the fact that they are still played today. For example The Adventures of Robin Hood performed live at the BBC Proms 2013. On a lighter note when I hear the soundtrack – great tho it is-for Pirates of the Caribean (sp?)it is not Captain Jack that comes to mind!
