    Amazing how many people used to come out for a movie premiere. Truly an event. But I’m curious about the painting behind Errol. Is that a poster from the film? I can’t find a poster that matches it but if you look closely at the figure on horseback over his shoulder, it bears a striking resemblance to Errol.

    This page takes a cheap shot at Errol in Dodge City but the gifs are terrific.

    Very observant, zacal! Wouldn’t that be cool! (Wonder where it is now?$!)

    I believe I recall seeing a photo of Bogie in nearly the same location. I’ll try to find that, to see if it reveals any further details.

    As far as Errol’s “ridiculous face”, that’s ridiculous on its face. Those who may think so may want to take another look in the mirror and do a comparison test!

      That is great to hear they are restoring that old theatre,I hope they will play Dodge City there again on the big screen.

      Errol’s ‘Ridiculous face’ ? OMG what a dumb thing to say! More like Errol’s beautiful face! :)

      Definitely some Big Time Hall of Famers on this traveling team, swingheinz. Looks like we got Johnny W. during filming of “Tarzan in the Wild West”. Can anyone name the others “standing up there beside Errol Flynn”?
