      I had no idea until you said so, Maria. Thanks. Just read all about her life. Wow! What a movie that would make!!

      My son & I were at the TCM Classic Movie Festival the year before last. He saw The “IT” Girl at the Egyptian, with a full orchestra. He had never heard of Clara Bow, but came away mightily impressed. I, meanwhile, went on a tour of Errol’s watering holes in the Hollywood Boulevard area. I, too, was mightily impressed!

      Her and Helen Kane were the influences behind Betty Boop!
