Yes, that’s true but Rory Flynn tells me this isn’t Marge and she is wondering who it is?

I believe the mystery woman to be gossip columnist Hedda Hopper. While in the photo above supposedly Marge and Marelle smile favourably at an uneasy Princess Ghica.

And here, btw, is her somewhat similar-featured son, Paul Drake, with the sexy Della Street!

My initial research tells me its not Hedda since her hair was strait. I also think the eyebrows are wrong for Hedda.
This woman either has very curly hair its a perm and Hedda kept the same look didnt she. Some women get stuck in the same hair style all their life.

Even though she looks like her I am not totally convinced. Hedda always wears a hat out on the town and did not have naturally curly hair. This is too much work for any decent man to be spending on his day off so I am now done.

Anyone out there know if Marge Eddington is in this photo?
And, if so, who all is she with??

I do not know who the silver-haired lady is in the photo with James Stewart and Errol Flynn. However I am certain that it is not Hedda Hopper. Ralph

Thanks Torontina! Praise from a riddleresolving revolver like you are much appreciated kudos. But today`s laurels being the compost of tomorrow, I still want to get in touch with that female friend of yours who pondered writing a book on Errol. Could you bring us together in order to uncover more unresolved topics of our Hollywood hero? My e-mail: of****@me*********.at…

Yes, thank you operaheinz, for adding yet more coloratura to this never drab EFB world. … It’s very cool you found Mrs. Wright.
Cobina Wright was at what may have been Errol’s most famous party, up at Mulholland in ’49. Only thing is I don’t know if it was Cobina Wright Sr. or Cobina Wright Jr. who attended, or both – probably both, as nobody wanted to miss that shindig, where you “You couldn’t flick the ash off your cigarette without hitting a star.” Tom McNulty’s book (as with all he writes) has a superb account of this event.
Here’s Cobina Jr. hanging with Charlie Chan down in Rio, with some smoking good close-ups in the seven minute segment:
Wouldn’t be surprised if Errol had eyes for the younger Cobina.
