      Yes, indeed, islandheinz. Below is how the pool looked in ’35, not long before Flynn took his first dip into it – a Flynnie dip, if you will.. This photo “Down in Coronado by the Sea”, featuring performances by Eddie Duchin, Johnny Downs, Betty Burgess, Jack Haley, and the Nicholas Brothers. Errol sings “Down on the Isle of Oomph”.*
