Thanks!

Glad to be aboard.  Thanks, Dave, for the efforts to keep our friends memory alive.  Just a bit about me beforehand, if OK?  Collected EF “stuff” for decades; ended up meeting some of the Flynn fanatics, including family and one of the greatest guys you’d have the privilege of knowing (Lincoln Hurst).  Long story short:  ended up meeting Woodsie after become enthralled with her story and she turned out to be so much more than you would know.  A loving soul; a doting mother (and grandmother); all the while keeping that mischievous attitude.  She was my friend and, like others, I miss her.  Helped the directors and Woodsie come together to start the “Last of Robin Hood” but she wouldn’t live to see it done.  I’ll share more on her absolutely amazing family later (they are incredible people, by the way), but suffice it to say that I’ve heard great stories and can shed some light “here and there”.  So with that, let’s go!

Professor Lincoln Hurst was a dear friend of mine, too, Delvan. I miss him greatly. He once gave me Woodsie’s phone number and said call her, she’d love it but with no proper introduction I never did – to my everlasting regret. I did talk to Ron, her husband, after she passed away from that incoming phone number. We talked for about an hour and a half. Great man, down to earth, and I liked him very much …
