This was taken in the W.W. 2 museum in New Orleans . while there we had lunch in their restaurant. when we got inside the walls were festooned with pictures of all the stars who had supported the war effort in one way or another and in pride of place is Errol Flynn. Nice to know his war efforts are remembered

So cool, daringthorpe! What a tour you’ve been on!!
Congratulations and thank you so much for sharing such awesone highlights of it with us!!!
I did an Errol tour of New Orleans last year, but didn’t know of him being at the WWII Museum, which looks like a spectacular place to visit. On my list now! … I’m sure you’ll enjoy this tremendous story (which I’ve never posted before) about Errol’s “working” as a cabbie during the war in Norleans.

What a fantastic story, just imagine getting into a cab and Errol Flynn driving it. Tim thanks a million and do give the museum a visit if you are in the vicinity it is an outstanding attraction and the bonus was Errol’s photograph on the wall in the restaurant.
