Volker yes it is about 30 minutes from our house to get to Cascade. We asked about this pic ages ago. But they did not know where they were. The pic was not up when you was here. and yes the brewery is still fully operational. The make the most delicious soft drinks. But they are all the fattening kind the green one is to die for. They have a tour through the brewery if you want to see what they do. A lot of it is now done by machine. The building is lovely and where I am standing all around is the heritage gardens and water features one in particular is a large fountain. Then across the road is the main building and the heritage park with all sorts of conifers and cold weather plants. with the stream running through it which is the water run of from Mt Wellington.

Hi Genene, Hi Steve,
nice Photos. A pity, we couldn’t have taken this pic together, being in Hobart recently. I hope you have had a good time in the brewery.

Is the brewery still in full operation? Looks like a nice little trip and a good time.
