Errol in Packard

Steve and I had lunch at the Kentish Hotel where all the Errol pics are anyway we saw this pic of Errol in his Packard . Sorry about the reflection on glass. His wife did say when he had time he would like to share some of his pics with ours. Love genenepackard

    This is a very obvious fake. The head has been cut from a George Hurrell photo and ineptly blended into the image of the car.

    Hi Genene;
    I am glad David could help for you to post pictures, that is if I understand right that this was the problem.

    In regards for Errol being placed into the picture is very obvious as he and the steering wheel are on the wrong side of the car in this picture.
    A Packard, being an American car and not an English one the steering wheel is always on left side of the car and not on the right side.

    But it is still a lovely picture!

    We have found a few sites on the web that confirm that the Packard was built in right hand drive. here is one of the comments “Of course it is common knowledge that there were plenty of RIGHT hand drive Packards coming straight from the factory on East Grand Ave., and from the assembly facilities in Canada and England.”‘ Steve
