I beg to differ. The lead character in this new Disney animated film “Tangled” doesn't look anything at all like Errol Flynn. In fact that character (desperately in need of a shave and haircut especially the caterpiller-like eyebrows) is actually a dead ringer for the current actor Adrien Brody!
If that's supposed to be Errol Flynn, then I'm Mickey Mouse!

Well, I'm not completely sold that he looks like our Errol, their character definitely has a lot of Errol's humor and the movie will probably be a hit with the younger generation. It gives me a warm feeling , that after all these years , Errol's name ,even if it is his last name, he is still thought about! I'll definitely watch it just to see the humor and the similarities to Errol's movies and because Flynn Rider is just as cute!! Tammy

Looks like a cute Disney movie and I agree, just the fact that EF's name is mentioned brings him up yet again for attention! In the trailer, when he says “they can't get my nose right” sums up how much he doesn't look like EF to me. Perhaps the costumes and lines will have some EF in them. Thanks for sharing Sam!

I dont think “Flynn Rider” looks anything like EF, but the character has got some Flynn like qualities or to put it another way a very slight essence of the Flynn magic, I think maybe Disney based this character more on the roles and characters Flynn played rather than Flynn himself.
