    Thank you David!
Please be aware that this is Errol's own version of the song as the lyrics are different to an extent if you listen carefully. Not the movie version. It is a very rare recording.

Dear Tina, as I already said, I just love that song – thanks for posting it. If anybody is interested in how the film version differs, please have a look:

Thanks for posting this, Tina — I really enjoyed hearing Errol sing! The only other time I've heard him sing (and seen him dance) was in Thank Your Lucky Stars. And it's funny b/c Errol once said, of his singing voice, he had “a voice like a duck”. Well, I think he could sing pretty well! :-)
So, just to clarify, Errol performs this “Lady of Laguna” song in the film “Lilacs in the Spring”? If so, then I gotta watch that film. :-)

    Thanks for posting this Tina!
Rachel, you should check out Errol singing in Never Say Goodbye I think he does well. I love his bit in Thank Your Lucky Stars! He also does a few lines in San Antonio.

What a treat. Tina you're the greatest for making these and David thank you for putting it here for us to enjoy. I also watched the trailer from The Sisters. I like the clip from Thank Your Lucky Stars too, I've watched him in that one over and over. He was at his best then.

Hello Tina. Hope all is well with you and everyone. Sorry I have been out of touch with everyone lately, my summer has been pretty eventful plus I had ordered several books about Errol to keep me busy in between. I just love your work, and I really enjoyed hearing his singing, I have yet to see this movie but after hearing him it makes me want to see it even more. Thanks again for sharing this with us, Tammy.

I'm kicking myself. There was sheet music on Ebay for this piece and I missed out getting it. There is a poster available though “A new Errol Flyn with the same old magic” . . .
