    They're as wishful thinkers as the fans of the good Doctor.

    But how can you sell a book for 138$ if it doesn't even exist???

    It's probably generated automatically by Amazon. THERE IS NO BOOK.

    Hi Robert;
    Could you please be so kind and tell me what it means if in a first edition book it also states “Third Impression”?
    Your expertise knowledge would be very much appreciated!

    It means the third batch of copies made from the first print run. For instance, if a new Harry Potter book were to come out, and stores immediately ran out of copies, new copies would be printed by the publisher to supply the demand. That next batch would still be of the book's first edition, but it would be a second impression.
    A book becomes a second or third edition, when somewhere down the line the publisher decides it's time to re-release, often with changes by the author or publisher.
    Hope this clarifies.

    We are the music makers,
    And we are the dreamers of dreams,
    Wandering by lone sea-breakers,
    And sitting by desolate streams;—
    World-losers and world-forsakers,
    On whom the pale moon gleams:
    Yet we are the movers and shakers
    Of the world for ever, it seems.
    – Arthur O'Shaughnessy, Ode, from Music and Moonlight (1874)

    Hi Tom;
    This poem truly engulfs the human spirit, the depth of our soul and portrays who we really are! A wonderful poem with such intensity and the will to procure!
    Plus:
    And out of a fabulous story
    We fashion an empire's glory:
    One man with a dream, at pleasure,
    Shall go forth and conquer a crown;
    And three with a new song's measure
    Can trample a kingdom down.
    Very appreciated Tom!
    Thank you, Tina

    Gee you made me laugh! I can just picture W.C.Fields spouting those words with cane in hand.

    I dunno, they still sound like words that would come from Fields.

    Hi Inga;
    I have written to these three booksellers and so far one has answered and admitted that the ad was a mistake and they have removed the book. There is now just the one on Amazon USED $380.00 and the Australian seller advertising three new copies. Did not here from these two yet. But there is no doubt that this is all a mistake of some sort. Great find of yours!
    Take care,
    Tina

    Ok Inga
    Australia has shut down their listing on eBay with the following words “This listing was ended by the seller because the item is no longer available”, now we just have to wait for the news of the USED $380 book.

    Our good friend Karl sent me a notice he received from Amazon about his long standing order of Linc Hurst's book and they informed him the book was not forthcoming. Never say never, but for now, it looks like nothing is happening or will happen. I had a few emails with a nice fellow named Ryan at Scarecrow suggesting to him that Stephen Youngkin finish the book (he was interested) and was told by Ryan that he was no longer on the book project but would get his desk cleared off and get back to me. This was some time ago. It it time I contacted him again. There is a lot of the book missing, as if sharks had gotten to it before it was hauled in… there are areas of it that only the exceptional mind of Lincoln Hurst understood well and he was writing the book at the time we lost him and, apparently, his book, too. I still hold out some hope. A sliver of it, but a visible impression of a dimly burning flame…
