    Hi Inga;
    She was advertised as Alexis and I knew it wasn't her, but I also knew the actress in the picture, but just couldn't put my finger on her full name. I never seen Errol and Janice together that is at least for me a new one!
    So what's new? You are the genius!
    ?What other 3? I think Robert is rubbing of on you – you are getting just as mysterious and cryptic as him! Hahaha!

    Hm, when you post a picture and I ask if you have got the other 3, I didn't find it was mysterious… anyway, here is the complete series from a magazine article:

    Looking closer at these pictures it looks like Errol is teaching Janice how to roll a cigarette? Very funny!

    Hi Inga;
    Great pictures! I have never seen them! In what magazine did they appear, do you have it and if so, what did the article say? It looks to me – Errol's costume, scarf, boots – that it must have been during the filming of “San Antonio”? How did the two of them get together, just a coincidence? Janice is never mentioned anywhere at least not to my knowledge.

The Errol Flynn technique is expert. A few flicks of wrist and tobacco pouch, a steady hand, are all that's needed, he's telling Janice Paige. Gumming up the works is the final and right tricky step, but everything must be jake, judging from the benign look the master gives Janice's first kinda skinny attempt (below). She's visiting him on Warners' San Antonio set.

    Hi Inga;
    The seller of the picture on eBay, but I knew it was not her, I also knew that the actress was called PAGE and googled her, but could not find her because of my spelling mistake of PAIGE. That is the story in a nutshell! Thanks to you we now even have all the details – wonderful!

    The name is spelled Janis Page (b. 1922). From the debris on her lap it looks like she had a few tries before she got it right.

    Sorry. It's PAIGE. She appears in BATHING BEAUTY and HOLLYWOOD CANTEEN, both on DVD

    Hi Bob;
    Thank you for your information, as I said in my post to Inga I knew her name was Paige, but I spelled it Page and that why I could not identify her myself. In a way it was a good thing as we have now all the details of that picture thanks to Inga!
