Notes:
1. Despite the erroneous legal citation, “de Havilland” (as we all know here on the EFB) has two ‘L’s, not one. Perhaps she had the ‘L’ beat out of her in Hollywood for a spell, but not in the California Supreme Court.
2. Olivia may have been forced to take a bath in Princess O’Rourke, but one benefit was that it made it much more difficult for the correct-named Mr. Coburn to pinch her bottom.
