    As I sit in Florida, only a hundred yards or so from one of Errol’s favorite vacation homes and hideaways in Florida, I watch and wait for signs of Hurricane Dorian, which, no matter how historically notable it becomes, will never reach the league of Category 5 Flynn.

    I hope you are safe and sound, Whirlwind Tim. I wonder if hurricane Dorian is named after Oscar Wilde`s anti-hero Dorian Grey, whose trail of devastation and destruction were one of a kind. The gruesome painting is from the namesake picture with George Sanders and can be viewed in the Chicago Institute of Arts.

      Lovely portrait of the “dreadful” George Sanders, l’art-pour-l’art-heinz!

      Here where I am in South Palm Beach Count, the skies have been [Dorian] gray, with the winds alternating between mild and wilde. It appears Dorian may have made a Faustian bargain to spend as much time as possible spinning and destroying in the tropics before it’s has to head north and die.

      Here was an earlier forecast. Now, who know’s what evil lurks in Dorian’s wake, or when??

    Be safe, Gent! I am at Rory Flynn’s house near Wilmington with her and her husband Gideon! All of us waiting to see if Dorian will flood us or just brush us off …
