    What a terrific find, David! Would be perfect for Jack’s place – The Mulholland House That Jack Built.

    I searched for the history of this and the model ship a couple of years ago or so, as well as tried to figure out the framed photo of the racing sailboats. But I had no idea the clock was at the state in Jamaica. GREAT discovery! And a clue perhaps that much more may have been shipped from Hollywood to Port Antonio years back, in the early or mid-Fifties I imagine. I’d love to see that inventory!

    I believe this clock is a mid-1800s “Continental” “blinking clock”. No doubt Flynn would have got a kick out of it looking up and down at guests.
