The film titles refer to Lux Radio Theatre presentations that included Flynn? No clue about the photos.

Hooray, Barb! You’re almost there!
The opening scene/song of this Hollywood blockbuster will help connect you to both the quiz answer, and to the Errol and Olivia signs pictured above:

To make the quiz more appetizing, here’s the prize – very much the same as what Errol and Olivia were paid.

It was “the most glamorous show of its time.”
“Stars that went on were given one case of Campbell’s Soup.”
“Movie stars who normally received $1,000 for appearing on a radio program resented receiving only a case of soup. Life magazine reported, “when the Screen Actors’ Guild, led by Jimmy Cagney, insisted they be paid with money instead, the sponsor recoiled in horror and the program was speedily abandoned.”

Tim, that film clip is wild. Thanks to Google, it appears that it wasn’t the Lux Radio Theatre but rather the Hollywood Hotel radio program, sponsored by Campbell Soup. Can’t imagine why the stars weren’t thrilled to receive a case of soup for participating.

SOUPERB, Barb! You are a great researcher and quizmaster. If you buy a case of Campbell’s, I will cover the full cost of any variety you desire. (Regrettably, however, the company has discontinued the once very popular Mock Turtle flavor.*) **
