Dear Flynnstones,
what I Iike most in this rare picture is Errol‘s inquisitive side look towards his stoic father. Dr. Theodore Thomson Flynn doesn‘t show one iota of emotion about having three women in tow. Them being his wife, Mother of Errol, plus the stepmother of his son‘s ex-wife and the prospective new Mrs. Errol Flynn, a Romanian princess called “The Geek“. Could it be, the scientist was silently measuring the gravity of family?

Marge is to the FAR right, and the woman next to Theo (imho) is his prospective “wife-in-law”… in other words I’m thinking it’s “Mama” Irene.

I offer these thoughts for further consideration:
It would CERTAINLY make sense that it is Marelle (though, Irene’s mama was indeed alive at the time) but it sure doesn’t look like Marelle (right hairstyle but seemingly a different nose) and to my eye, she simply MORE resembles IRENE.
Further, and interesting to note- the woman in question appears to have her arms crossed at waist level just as does Papa Flynn (not indicative of a PUBLIC couple-like look)…Errol, in contrast, is holding on to both of HIS women.
Also, the woman is the WRONG height.
Note, in this known family portrait, the woman CLEARLY “reaches” the start of Theo’s nose, as compared to the other where she barely reaches his shoulder, and while stiletto heels (circa, early 50s) may well have been around at the time (for added height), they would certainly not be holding up the likes of the MATURE Marelle in the attached photo.

In short, I am apparently WRONG in identifying one of these woman as being Marge Zimmerman. My own ID is based on the memory of a misidentified photograph of MZ, Flynn, Nora, and Jimmy Stewart (discussed in the above link) and… missing THIS whole exchange back in the day.
Apologies for revisiting this already well plumbed topic and re-muddying the waters.
