Ahhh, I wish upon a star………. Sails into the wind not looking back but sailing to the ends of the earth and sea! I’d need a crew for that size vessel! The Sirocco was maybe handled by one with hydraulics? Besides you would want someone at sea with you as first mate! I’m to much to loner!

I don’t know when this was taken but I don’t see any masts and the condition of the boat seems uncharacteristically uncared for so could this be from when the boat was abandoned in France? David Niven describes the Zaca as having old tires acting as fenders and we see them here. Just guessing

I had similar thoughts, David, so I hoped you’d know it for certain. Thanks!
