    Thank-you INLIKEFLYNN; for this fine tribute to Sean Flynn. His date of death has to be arbitrary as no one knows for certain the day he and his partner were executed by Polm Pot’s Khmer Rouge Communists. April 6 was the last date he was seen alive. There was someone here starting a “GOFUNDME” page to locate Sean Flynn’s remains which will never be found. They are irretrievably lost forever in the jungles of Indochina.

      For the rest of her life, Sean Flynn’s beautiful mother Lili Damita never gave up hope that one day he would walk out of the jungle.

      Thank you, Sr. Schiller.. As for his date of death, true no one can be sure of his exact date. Three things led me to choose April 6. One as you stated that was the last day he and his friend and colleague were seen. But also I believe that was the date (or close to it), that was used to have him declared legally dead. And lastly I believe someone here on this post after doing exhaustive research came to what seems as the logical conclusion; that Sean and Stone were killed outright. I subscribe to that theory. But as you once said Sean’s actual known date of death is lost to “the fog of war”.-A. R.

        Than you InLikeFlynn; Sean and his journalist partner were warned by Cambodian soldiers not to travel down that highway which after dark was controlled by the Khmer Rouge. They were last seen together on a motorcycle riding to oblivion.
