    This is a postcard image of the famous Agua Caliente Racetrack, circa the days of Errol’s visits.

    Word is Errol also used to vist the Foreign Club (a casino next door to Caesar’s) and various other locations in the heart of Tijuana. These likely included the Moulin Rouge, the Black Cat, and San Francisco night clubs. John Barrymore, acting ~ “with the chivalry of Don Juan”, once leveled a trouble-making patron at “the ‘Frisco”, with a “left hook worthy of Jack Dempsey in his prime.”

    Errol had to love that!
